AUSCHAM, the Argentine Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, participated as institutional sponsor of the seminar and official dinner of the Argentine mission in Sydney, with the presence of the Vice President of the Argentina, Gabriela Michetti, as Guest of Honor and Keynote Speaker. Organized by the Australia-Latin America Business Council, an informative seminar was held focusing on the best investment opportunities in Argentina for the Australian market, with the participation of officials Ricardo Negri, Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries; Martín Etchegoyen, Secretary of Industry and Services; Deputy Foreign Minister Pedro Villagra Delgado; Juan Procaccini, Executive President of the Argentine Investment and International Trade Agency; Ariel Sigal, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Finance; Pablo Quirno, Chief of Staff of the Secretariat of International Economic Relations; Ramiro Alem, Institutional Coordinator of the Ministry of Tourism, and Hugo Gobbi, Ambassador of Argentina in Australia, along with Australian business leaders from the agroindustrial and mining sectors such as Richard Seville (Orocobre) and Markus Kalhbetzer (BridgeLane).

The official Argentine mission in Australia ran from March 20 to 23 and visited the cities of Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.
